Villa Bianca Mediterranean Cuisine has just released its new menu incorporating Sushi which is made visibly fresh on the premises and is proving to be extremely popular in conjunction with the restaurants amazing renovation. The emphasis is on fresh Scottish Salmon as well as fresh export quality Tuna, both of which are now available on the normal menu in the form of: Grilled Salmon, Seared Tuna Steak, or the delicious Tuna Espatada which is cubed Tuna Steaks grilled and skewered with Haloumi cheese, red peppers, green peppers and onions served with rice or chips and stir fried vegetables.

Old favourites such as the Greek Kleftiko Lamb Shank, Live Oysters, Pizza, Pasta and affordable Shellfish are still on the menu.

The Sunday lunch and dinner 5 star buffet including a variety of hot and cold starters, Kleftiko Lamb, Oxtail, Beef, Chicken, Shellfish, Roast Potatoes, Vegetables, Tiramisu and other deserts at only R89 is truly a winner, coupled with our jazz band from 18:00 in the evenings at no extra cover charge.
